About
MollyJaeger
A practitioner who works with the whole of you.

Molly is the founder of Move To Nourish, a holistic, body-centered practice teaching embodiment, dance and movement. Her work sits at the meeting point of integrative bodywork and dance — two ways of coming back into relationship with yourself.
She works with people navigating long-held pain, migraines, and the feeling of being stuck in their heads, and with dancers who want to move with more freedom, expression and connection.
Most of us learned to override the body long before we learned to listen to it.
Where this work begins
Who Molly works with.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Persistent pain that hasn't resolved
You've tried the appointments, the protocols, the stretches. Something deeper hasn't been addressed.
Living from the neck up
Mental chatter, fear and labels keep you circling the same thoughts instead of feeling what's underneath.
Migraines and a nervous system on edge
Your body reacts before you can catch it, and you'd like a way to meet it at the onset.
Wanting to feel at home in your skin
You want to move, express and connect with more ease, confidence and aliveness.
In their words
What people say.
Molly really helped me transform my relationship with my body and mind.
I've been in pain off and on for 17 years. Thanks to our work together I can finally say I'm pain free.
I have more courage now than fear because of this work.
