Maybe you’ve tried lots of things already…
Massage. Stretching. Training. PT. Rest…
But nothing seems to get to the heart of it.
What if there’s another way to tend to your body?
Depth Bodywork is an invitation to slow down, do less, and listen more. To partner with your body and make room for what wants to be felt, heard, and acknowledged.
Instead of trying to fix what’s "wrong," together we approach the body as a source of information, insight, and wisdom.
We shift from overriding to sensing. Think about what happens when someone truly feels heard. They soften. They open up. Tensions ease. Over the years, I’ve found that our bodies respond much the same way.
I’ve also found that listening to your body isn’t always something that comes naturally. Sometimes we need a little help knowing how to begin. That’s where I come in.
My job is to help your body and mind relax and to guide you into a deeper relationship with yourself.

What to Expect

We start with a conversation about what brings you in and what you’d like to achieve.
From there, we move onto a soft mat on the floor, where you remain fully clothed. We slow things down and begin to notice what’s happening in your body.
Through attentive touch, gentle movement, and compassionate inquiry, I’ll help you recognize patterns of tension, bracing, or holding that you may not even realize are there. Together, we explore new ways of moving, breathing, thinking, and responding to what you feel in your body—opening up possibilities that feel safe, freeing, and empowering.
Every session unfolds a little differently. Sometimes there’s quiet, and sometimes we talk through what’s arising. Sometimes I guide your body through movement with my hands, and other times I’ll invite you to explore movements on your own.
We follow what emerges, making room for whatever your body is ready to share.
Sessions are 60 minutes.
